Ensure the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist the Fire Services Department in the production and maintenance of project information and trackers.
Monitor project progress, deadlines and update the team of changes.
Assist in maintaining GH systems, documentation, and client files.
Assist in coordinating the Fire Services Dept team work schedules.
Be responsible for gathering and recording Project and Client information prior to work being undertaken.
Produce and update project summary reports and trackers.
Maintain systems for recording project and client invoicing.
Support the Technical Coordinator with certification records and client liaison.
Maintain and actively ensure GH quality systems and documented information is always maintained.
Act as the point of contact for client and project inquiries.
Promote and maintain across the business the application of project procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting standards.
Develop and support effective communication mechanisms between the project teams.
Undertake any other administrative tasks as specified required to support the business.
