To help you make the most of our platform, the community and resources, we have put together some of the most common questions you may need help with when using the site.

If you are signing up as an individual or business member, you will either have a monthly or annual subscription.
Standard Members get a 30 Day free trial.
There is no VAT on your membership payment. However you can download a copy of your membership payment by logging into the “My account” section of the membership area of our Website.
If you are a fully paid individual or corporate/business member of the community you can display the “Members logo.” on your website or social media.
If you are a resource partner, we will issue you a Women in Construction UK CIC partner logo/badge, which you have permission to use across your marketing channels.
If you are not a member or resource partner and would like to use Women in Construction UK CIC logo, please contact our administration team: email@example.com.
If you are a member you can access and download the logo, you’ll need to log in to our website – the member logo is available on your dashboard access. Remember, once downloaded you will need to save it to your PC, laptop, MAC, smartphone, or other deceives. Please note we may update our branding from time to time.
Please note the use of our Member logo is to show your affiliation and support to our community and cause. Women in Construction UK CIC is not providing any form of recommendation, or endorsement.
To be a member of our community, you must be either working in the construction or built environment industry or a student/apprentice.
If you are a student you will be required to state the educational establishment you are studying at, the course you are studying and upload of document proving your status as a Student.
If you are interested in joining our community but are not currently working in the industry or a student studying in a relevant field, you may still be able to join, but please get in touch : firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note we do regular sweeps of our membership base to ensure people are not breaking the rules and code of conduct for our community.
If you are an organisation or not for profit within the industry or a closely related sector you are eligible to sign up for a corporate/business membership.
With your membership you will be able to provide your female colleagues membership to all our amazing resources and community to enjoy all the benefits and access to information and discussions, as well as peer networking and information sharing.
As an corporate/business member you will have the opportunity to set up a group within the community, which can be be open to the whole community or private to your colleagues. Register as a resource partner

If you are focused on delivering services, information, skills, or products in the construction/built environment or trade then please get in touch.
We are always looking for people/organisations in the health and well-being sector to join Women In Construction UK CIC.
If you are a organisation that would like to join our community and become a contributor and/or join our resource hub, and share relevant, useful, informative and professional or industry relevant services or skills please contact our admin team.
We are always looking for organisations to come on board, whether corporate or not for profit to become active contributors and resource providers in our community and provide even more value and benefits to our members.
As a partner you will have your own group within the community, where you can engage and interact with our members, share your organisations marketing material, undertake surveys, create discussions, share blogs, news and updates and generate a greater awareness for your organisation in our community. You will also benefit from our ongoing marketing, be recognised as a supporter of our great vision & cause, as well as be part of ongoing mission and further collaborations with key organisations and industry bodies both at a national and regional level. You will also be offered priority invitations to our events and future conferences.
All payments are made online by card, at time of signing up. If you need a copy of your payment, or want to cancel your subscription you can manage this through your “My Account”
If you signed up as an individual member the subscription is a rolling monthly or annual payment. You can cancel at anytime with 30 days notice. We do not provide refund for cancelling mid period. You will have access to the end of the current period at which point your membership access will cease. We offer a 7 day cooling off period if you are a individual or student member in case you change your mind.
If you are a corporate/business member. You can cancel at any time with 30 day notice. We do not provide refund for cancelling mid period. If you cancel mid period of your subscription, all your staff members will have access to the end of the current period at which point access to all your members will cease and you group will be removed from the community.

If you wish to cancel your subscription you can do this within the “My Account” section of your profile. Once you in your account area, click on the subscriptions option and click cancel.
